At afterhours, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Each item is carefully inspected and tested before leaving our facility.
Because of this, we offer refunds and replacements only in specific, eligible situations, outlined clearly below.
Eligible Returns (Must Meet ALL Conditions)
To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must:

Arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

Photo/video proof is required within 7 days of delivery.

Be unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Refund
To protect our customers and our business from bad-faith claims, refunds are not provided for:

Defective or Incorrect Item Claims
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Packaging + shipping label

Once verified, we will send a free replacement.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected parcels.
We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Because orders begin processing immediately:

Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be packed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrived damaged/incorrect:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Approval
Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
If the item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, no refund will be issued.
Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously.
All orders are protected with delivery confirmation, tracking, and support logs.
Any chargeback attempts that violate this policy will be contested with full evidence.
